Refunds

Short version: if it is not for you, ask and you get your money back.
Within 14 days
A full refund on any first payment, monthly or annual, for any reason at all. You do not have to explain yourself and we will not ask you to try one more lesson first.
An annual subscription, later on
If you paid for a year and want to stop part way through, ask and we will refund the whole months you have not used. Nobody should be paying for ten months of something they stopped opening in February.
Renewals you did not mean to make
If a renewal goes through and you had meant to cancel, tell us and we will refund it, as long as you have not used it since. This is a small app and that is an easy thing to get wrong.
Seven free sessions first
Most of this should never come up, because the first seven sessions cost nothing. They exist so that you find out whether the app works for you before any money changes hands.
How to ask
Write to the address on the contact page with the email you signed up with. Refunds are returned through our reseller to the card you paid with, and usually take a few working days to appear.
