One person makes this app, and that person reads the email. There is no ticketing system and no support tier.

Expect a reply within two working days. Write from the address you signed up with, or say which one it is, so your account can be found.
Worth saying in the email
- Refunds — what you paid and roughly when. The policy is on the refunds page and is more generous than most.
- Something wrong with the Mandarin — the sentence, and what it should be. This is the most useful mail to get. The curriculum is hand-built and it has had mistakes in it.
- Deleting your data — you can delete recordings yourself in the app, but ask and the whole account goes. See what we keep.
- Something is broken — what you tapped, what happened, and the phone you were on.
Who runs this
Dad Speaks Chinese is made and run by Northlane Partners. It started as something built for one household — a father who could not follow what his own daughter was saying — and it is still built by the person who needed it.
